Certified welding & soldering techniques
EMS Elektro Metall Schwanenmühle GmbH is a certified welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834 T3. Our joining & brazing techniques are an important core competence for the manufacturing of our components and system solutions.

Thanks to the many years of expertise of our employees and modern machinery, we can offer you a wide range of busbars. We punch with a max. force of 560 kN almost any shape with the punch through the die into your busbars. With our bending know-how we finalize your parameters like bending angle, springback and thus have your solution exactly to measure. Thanks to automated deburring machines, technically clean busbar surfaces are our standard.
Precise laser punching techniques
With our machinery, we bring your busbars to the next level! For example, our laser punching machine processes daily sheet formats in laser punching operation of maximum 1250 mm x 2035 mm.
Our laser punching machine creates precise contours for e.g., laminated busbars and the punching tools allow for pull-throughs, roll beading, offsets and signatures in no time at all.

Flexible lamella & braided busbars
Our core competence lies in the connection of copper laminated expansion busbars by pressure welding. Our permanent further development in this area leads to optimal system solutions for our customers.
